Business and Enterprise Payment Options

For organizations that are unable to use a company credit card, alternative payment arrangements may be available under select Enterprise Plans.

 Additional Information

To help maintain uninterrupted service, we recommend ensuring your billing information remains current and valid at all times within the AFAX Secure Portal.

All AFAX plans include a predefined monthly page allowance designed to accommodate the typical faxing needs associated with your selected plan.

Many plans may also include additional bonus page allowances depending on the subscription type and promotional offerings.

Additional Page Usage

If your monthly fax usage exceeds the included page allowance, additional pages will continue to be processed without interruption and billed according to your plan’s applicable overage rate.

For most standard plans, additional fax pages are billed at approximately:

$0.05 per page

International fax transmissions outside Canada and the United States may be billed at different rates depending on the destination country and carrier charges.

No Service Interruption

In most situations, occasional overages will not interrupt your service.

AFAX is designed to provide flexible and continuous fax communications, allowing businesses to accommodate temporary increases in fax activity without requiring immediate plan changes.
